Porto Cervo was created in the '60s by Prince Karim Aga Khan, who was fascinated by the beauty of this stretch of Sardinia.
Porto Cervo is today the symbol of the Costa Smeralda, with its trendy pubs, restaurants and yachts, as well as privileged place of encounters for international jetsetters.
The famous Piazzetta and the small streets that wind through the centre of the town are full of boutiques and jewellers of the most prestigious names; the architecture reflects the typical style of the region and the seemingly simple buildings conceal finest hotels and exclusive villas. All this surrounded by scenery of rare beauty, where the transparency and colours of the sea are the real protagonists….let your gaze be lost in these wonders of nature, hard to describe, impossible to forget!
The house is located close to the famous Pevero Golf Club. This world-renowned 18-hole golf course stretches from the gulf of Pevero to the bay of Cala di Volpe. It is a magical place, with views of the sea from every hole. Its intriguing layout and exclusive setting make for an exciting, enjoyable game for players of all levels. Designed by Robert Trent Jones, this 18-hole, par-72 course features exceptionally long tees for a stimulating challenge. It is 6107 metre long, stretching over a surface of 3.8 miles and its main obstacles include 70 bunkers and several lakes with rocks and vegetation (ladies' handicap 34; mens' 28). Its course and greens are considered amongst the best maintained in Europe. In addition, the Costa Smeralda Golf Academy features the latest computer graphics technology and the attention of PGA professionals, as well as first-class services, electric carts and rental clubs for those who want to learn from the best and continue to improve their game. The North-East coast of Sardinia is the perfect setting for practicing water sports, windsurf, boat sailing, canoeing, snorkeling, diving and fishing. Some of the most exclusive and beautiful spots are the islands of the La Maddalena archipelago, Caprera, Budelli, Spargi, Mortorio, the Tavolara cliffs, Capo Figari, the Bocche di Bonifacio, Lavezzi and Capo Testa.

Thank you for a fantastic stay! We had great email communication before our visit in regards to picking up keys and directions to the villa. The villa was clean and spacious. The description on website was accurate and even exceeded our expectations. The villa was in a lovely safe area and close to the Hotel Cala di Volpe. (Highly recommend the use of a car on the island though). Thanks again! Amelia
This is a wonderful unit - spacious, airy, beachy, comfortable, with a terrific location on the beautiful Costa Smerelda coast. The villa is beautiful just as shown in the pictures. We loved the views, and enjoyed our coffee on the deck every morning. We took advantage of the well-stocked kitchen, and grocery stores in the area, and enjoyed a few home-cooked meals on the deck, with beautiful views and cooling ocean breezes. The pool in the complex was clean and never crowded.
